We have over 5 years of experience in the transportation industry and we are known for reliability. At Z-Town Car Service, we only employ the most professional drivers and always use the latest model SUV’s and Town Cars.  We have been in business for several years. We have been steadily growing and improving every year with our excellence. It is our company policy to be very selective when it comes to hiring our driver’s and vehicles.  All our driver’s are background checked once a year and are licensed and approved by Hillsborough County Public Transportation Commission. All our vehicles are clean, well maintained, and inspected every 2 months, and checked once a year by the HCPTC.

How do we determine our rates?

Our rates are based on a number of factors including the amount of time and the distance. We will always give you a rate before booking transportation with us and there are never any hidden fees.

What is included in the rate?

Rate includes all fees, gas, taxes, toll, airport parking, but does not include the driver’s gratuity. Driver’s gratuity is 18% of the basic rate.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel your reservation for full refund up to 4 hours before pick up time. For reservation that are cancelled less than 4 hours, we only refund 50% of the amount paid. If you miss your flight, you can always call and we will reschedule your pick up for you at no cost. It is passenger’s responsibility to report missing his flight. Failure to do so will result in no refund. We don’t apply any extra charges for arriving on a delayed flight.

What if my trip or destination is not included in your rates schedule?

Please feel free to contact us, and we will be more than happy to provide you with an instant quote.

I received a lower rate from a different limo company. Can you match their rate?

We will do our best to provide you with the most reasonable rate. Please email us the details, and the name of the company that provided the quote. We will contact you instantly if we may be able to match or beat the quote.

Can I smoke in Z-Town Car vehicles?

For health and safety reasons, smoking is not allowed in any of our vehicles.

How long in advance do I need to make a reservation?

We do prefer a 24 hours notice, however, you are always welcome to call anytime and we will try to accomodate your schedule whenever possible.

What are the office operating hours?

Our office is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
